EIMS is a Geographic Information System (GIS)-based toolset designed to provide the Navy with a more effective and efficient means of fulfilling its regulatory compliance obligations by leveraging existing data and technologies. EIMS supports environmental planning, natural resources management and encroachment issues for Navy range and OPAREA events.
